Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• One account per person. Invite links are for the person they were sent to.
• Keep your e-mail account safe: anyone who can read your mail can sign in as you.

What you put in

Your library, ratings, notes and reviews stay yours. You let the site store them and show them to you; they are private. You can export them or delete them at any time from the Account page. The site accepts no uploads: no files, no pictures.

Fair use

Please do not try to break into the site or other people's accounts, scrape it or hammer it with automated requests, get around its limits, or use it to harass anyone. Accounts that do may be switched off.

Titles, covers and details

Titles, covers, details and where-to-watch information come from the free sources named on Credits, under their own terms. Covers belong to their copyright owners. If you own something shown here and want it removed, write to hello@personalmedialibrary.com.

As is

The site is provided as is, without any warranty, by one person in their spare time. It may be down, lose data or change, and it may one day close; if it closes you will be told in advance and can export your data first. To the extent the law allows, the owner is not liable for any loss arising from using it.

Ending

You can delete your account whenever you like. The owner may switch off an account that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.
